The problem of creation of system for global Distance Sounding of Earth

The analysis of development of technical maintenance of a task of remote sounding of the Earth in USA in light of the contract and national interests of the European states is given. Is offer to create grouping of Geo satellite with television apparaturs on the base of multimatrix focal plane array in spectral range 3-5 mcm. The opportunity of cryostatiction of multimatrix focal plane is shown.
