Radiation anisotropic optothermoelement with lateral thermostating

With regard for the Buger-Lambers law a nonhomogeneous thermal conductivity equation was solved for a flat disc of thermoelectric anisotropic material. The expressions for transverse thermopower and basic parameters of radiation anisotropic optothermoelement intended for control of radiant energies in a wide spectral range were derived.
