Making of electric cimmutation layers of ceramic heat sinks by detonation evaporation

The technology of electron switching layers production for ceramic plates of thermoelectric Peltier modules wit the use of detonation spraying method. The obtained layers are characterized by high adhesion, low electrical contact resistance and satisfactory solderability.
