Stability of the characteristics of copper films thermal converter of resistance

The researches of short-term and long-term stability of the characteristics of thin-film copper thermal transducers of resistance are carried out. The party thermal converters was checked up on influence of a thermal cycle from -196°C up to 200°C. A divergence of resistance R0 to and after a thermal cycle not greater 1,1 Ohm. After four years the thin-film copper thermal transducer of resistance have changed resistance R0 not greater, than on 5 Ohm.
