Degradation transformations in topologically-disordered solids: 2. Monomolecular models of kinetics

The experimental results for time-dependences of effect of electron-induced dichroism in chalcogenide semiconducting vitreous for As₂S₃-Sb₂S₃ quasibinary system are considered. It is established, that kinetic of this degradation can be adequate describe on the base of monomolecular relaxation function corresponding to annihilation of specific coordination defects.
