UDC 621.373.029 Generation structures for GIS with micro-mechanical elements V. I. Yurchenko, S. D. Votoropin The special review is prepared and the micro-mechanical tuning elements application opportunity is shown at creation of generating structures on Gunn diodes (GD). Structures of hybrid integrated devices are given on the basis of microstrip and planar (slot-hole and coplanar) transmission lines. The opportunity of smooth and discrete adjustment on the given output parameters of GD generators is shown. Questions of temperature stabilization increase of generating hybrid integrated structures are considered due to automatic compensation of GD reactive component at its simultaneous inclusion in two points of the ring slot-hole resonator, and also due to increase of selective system fixing ability (resonator Q-factor) containing an active element. The offered constructions are successfully used at development of microwave and ultra-high-frequency oscillations sources in a number of research and developmental projects.
