Thermal regime of radio-electronic block with isothermal substrate and temperature control

The results of elaboration and investigation of thermal characteristics of electronic non-sealing block with plate fabricated as flat heat pipe and connected to the system of heat removal and temperature control on the base of gas heat pipes are presented. Conducted complex of investigations has shown the possibility of creation of radio-electronic plates, cooling of which elements is realized by heat pipes. Connection of isothermal substrates with thermal control system allows to narrow essentially the range of fluctuation in elements' temperature, to reduce the level of their working temperature that favorably tells on increase of their characteristics' reliability and stability improvement.
