Thermoelectric properties of alloys
of TlInTe₂-TlYbTe₂ system

The article is dedicated to research of thermoelectric properties of solid solutions TlIn_1-xYb_xTe₂,where 0≤x≤0,11. It is revealed, that with growth of the contents of ytterbium in structures of solid solutions the electrical conductivity sharply increases, and the heat conduction descends, but as a result the thermoelectric efficiency increases and in definite structures and temperatures reaches quantity of practical value.
