The mechanism of occurrence noises of maxims in elements with nonlinear current-voltage characteristics

Is shown, that the established earlier mechanism of transformation of the current spectrum fluctuations of conductivity S_g(f) in fluctuation of a voltage S_u(f) in a sample about nonlinear carrent-voltage characteristic S_u(f) = S_g(f)r_dU (where r_d - differential resistance of a sample, U - a power failure on it) proves to be true in resistors, barriers Shottki, p-n junction, varistors and vacuum diodes.
