Degradation transformations in topologically-disordered solids: 3. Bimolecular kinetics of attenuation of radiating effects in CGS

The peculiarities of bimolecular decay kinetics for radiation-optical properties of chalcogenide glasses of ternary As₂S₃-GeS₂, Sb₂S₃-GeS₂ and As₂S₃-Ge₂S₃ systems are considered in dependence on their chemical composition. It is shown, that the observed concentration dependencies have a monotonic character in the glasses of stoichiometric As₂S₃-GeS₂ and Sb₂S₃-GeS₂ cut-sections, while the extremum character of kinetic parameters is observed in the point of expected 2D-3D phase transition in the samples of non-stoichiometric As₂S₃-Ge₂S₃ cut-section.
