UDC 532.523.32:621.382(088.8) Manufacturing technique of enhanced reliability thermoelectric Peltier modules Ashcheulov A. A., Dobrovolsky Yu. G., Romanyuk I. S. Evaluation of strength parameters and intrinsic vibration frequencies of thermoelectric Peltier modules (ÒÅÌ) based on Bi-Te-Se-Sb with a unilateral and bilateral clamping of their working surfaces has been performed. Technology of homogeneous crystals of these solutions with figures of merit Zp,n=(3,0...3,2)·10-3 K-1 (Ò=300 K), diameter 28-38 mm, increased mechanical strength and yield ratio 69-75% has been developed. The adhesion properties of electric connecting and anti-diffusion layers have been improved. As a result, TEM with minimum 12000 hours of continuous operation and 3000 hours of cyclic operation have been produced. Ukraine, Chernovtsy, institute of Thermoelectricity, PC «Kvarts». |
