The semiconductive generative modul with multiplying of frequency for apparature of microwave therapy

With the purpose of expansion upwards of the range of working frequencies of electromagnetic radiation and reception of high-coherent radiation it is offered to carry out the multiplying of frequency of initial signal. The doubler of frequency on diodes with the Shottky barrier is considered.
