Satellite distributive network of the information support as a constituent of National satellite communication system

Technical feasibilities of the State satellite distributive network of information support (SDNIS) for distribution of television and radio programs which is creating in Ukraine are indicated. The place of SDNIS in the National System of Satellite communication as the base structure of the State component of its earth segment is determined. The dependence of a problem of quality control of a digital television signal and a problem of digital television ecology is designated.
