UDC 539.21; 669-176 Research of the thermal conductivity anisotropy of the deformed copper plates Usov V.V., Shkatul'ak N.M. In paper is shown that the copper plates after processing by rolling with great deformation ratio on thickness show anisotropy of thermal properties. On the basis of experimental data of the electrical conductivity anisotropy, of fractal model of structure of the deformed metal and law of Videman-Franz is shown that thermal conductivity of a copper sheet after rolling has anisotropy, which can achieve 7%. The received results should be taken into account at calculation of thermal regimes of operation of radio electronics elements, which are established on copper plate radiators. Ukraine, Odessa, K. D.
