Negatrons analogues for protection of a powerful circuit against an overload

The requirements to negatrons analogues intended for work in powerful defensor are formulated. There are stated the principles of work of the basic circuits of negatrons analogues and questions connected with warping voltage-current characteristic (reception of low meaning of negative differential resistance). The results of experimental modeling volt-current characteristics of negatrons analogues and computer modeling time of its switching are given. Allowing the circuit for use defensor at a supply of loading by an alternating current is offered.
