Mm range receiving devices for communication systems and broadcasting

Design results of the mm range receiving devices destined for communication systems and broadcasting is shown. Design results of the low-noise receivers up to 50 GHz and input signal limiter in the low-noise receiver at the 36 GHz frequency are presented.
