Devices for temperature measuring based on thermoelectric film sensors

The film thermoelectric sensors based on narrow-gap semiconductor solid solutions for the development of autonomous infrared detectors and other devices were investigated. Electrical schematic circuits and method of use of devices for medicine, veterinary, industrial and agricultural technologies are given. A technique is proposed for analog and microprocessor-based instrument performances, providing verification, noise immunity and archiving of measurement data.
