UDC 621.381 Measurement ñomplex for radiation detectors photoelectric parameters determination Ashcheulov A. A., Dunayenko A. H., Fotiy V. D. The description of the IKF-009 measurement complex for determination of photoelectric radiation photoelectric parameters of UV-, visible and IR-spectral radiation regions in a wide temperature range is presented. The IKF-009 complex allows to reduce time and value in the process of radiation detectors development and increase the degree of certainty of the parameters measured at high operation reliability.
