Features of development thermostabilized germanium of photo diodes

Features of designing germanium avalanche and not avalanche threshold photodiodes for a complete set of testers of optical radiation of optical fiber lines of systems of connection are considered. It is shown, that application epytacsial structures and thermoelectric cooling allows in 2-3 times to increase monochromatic sensitivity of avalanche photodiodes and it is essential to lower a return current usual germanium photodiodes.
