Research of a wire heat sink with heat pipes for resorts of computer facilities

One of trajectories of pinch of efficiency of tap of heat from devices both devices of resorts of computer facilities and guidance(management), such as high-performance microprocessors is offered. The examination of an experimental model of a wire heat sink with a diameter of a copper wire of 0,12 mm reeled on a skeleton from two heat pipes by a diameter 6 mm and length 500 mm, has shown, that the difference of temperature on a thermal pipe in 58 times is less, than the design value of difference of temperature on a continuous copper rod of the identical sizes, and in 203 times is less, than on a copper pipe of the same sizes. Additional use of a wire finning by the area 836 ñm2 has allowed at power of the simulator of a fuel element 49,2 W to lower medial value of temperature in a band of a heating of heat pipes of a wire heat sink in addition on 33% and 31%.
